Pole Sampler Class
Would you like to drop in and see what all the FUN is about? Then, try our 30-minute Pole Sampler Class. You will be taught a pole dance routine that consists of pole dance moves, floor work and spins. This class is perfect for a beginner and offers just enough to make you want more! Exotic Pole Fitness
This 60 minute class consists of a sensual warm-up routine, exotic pole dance curriculum, an energetic fat-burning cardio session and a cool down. You will build upper body and core strength and toning like never before while having so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out! Stop dreading your visits to the gym and use Pole Dancing to get fit! This is a workout you will WANT to stay committed to. (Guests or Members, drop in information listed below)
Sensual Seduction Workshop
This 45-minute workshop consists of floor, chair and wall dance choreography. Come and learn our famous Laptease Choreography. "Lap Tease" is a Pole Dance Charlotte original. We created the name and the dance when we combined a sensual lap dance with the art of strip tease. In this original choreography created by owner and main instructor Kelly Adams we will teach you how to perform a laptease dance to your significant other! Come explore your sensuous side and get the greatest workout you have ever experienced. (Members Only)
Strength & Conditioning Workshop
This 45-minute workshop is for our Members to work on strengthening their overall body so they are able to progress to more advanced moves, spins and inverts on the pole. Our Strength & Conditioning program is geared towards achieving core strength and upper body strength which is required to pole dance sensually and safely. Additionally, this yoga-type workshop is very effective in toning the body.

Open Pole
Our Open Pole sessions are available for Members to come in and practice the pole dance curriculum of the week. It is a great time to review what you have learned and work on perfecting the moves your moves whether on the pole or doing floor work. (Members Only)
Pole Tricks Workshop
Here is another fun 45 minute class for our members. Designed to help each student to master fun beginner pole tricks currently used in the industry to demonstrate strength and agility. In this class you will learn how to climb the pole, another move called the " wrist seat" and our very own mid air wall flower just to name a few. Additionally in this class we will teach three different beginner spins. (for members only)

Private weekly series information
Our weekly series is designed to teach the art of pole dancing. We have an entire lesson plan mapped our for each level that includes a specific choreographed dance for each series based on material learned. Most students start with JUNO and work their way up to our Aphrodite level. You will learn new and challenging routines each week during your four weeks of instruction privately with owner/main instructor Kelly.

Weekly Series Class Description: Which level are you?
Level 1- Juno: Very challenging, Perfect for a client who is looking to take
pole dancing to another level. Learn how to climb the pole, spins and floor work.
Basic instruction of twenty four different dance moves and learn a dance routine.
no more than six students to a class. Register today.
Level 2- Isis: Next level up from our Juno series...a continuation of dance moves,
and spins that require more upper body strength. Learn to combine pole spins from
Juno series and Isis series along with transitional moves and floor work.
Climb to the top of our 10ft pole, and attach your "stage name" to our ceiling
along with other students who have accomplished this most difficult task.
Learn to put together small dance combinations starting with three and four moves
at a time.
Level 3 - Venus: This series is all about dancing. We will teach you how to
combine all moves from our Like a Virgin, Juno, and Isis series and learn choreographed
dance routines that will start at 2 minutes and will advance up to 4-5 minutes long.
The hardest part to this series is remembering all the names and
how to do every move the correct way keeping in-time to the music that has been chosen.
You will also learn one-handed spins and opposite hand spins.
Level 4 - Athena: This series is all about inverts and aerial moves. You will learn to
invert (turn up side down on pole) from the side of the pole, in-front of the pole,
from the floor and mid-air. Included are several inverted poses from both the floor
and mid-air......plus you will continue to review previous dance combinations from our
Venus series.
Level 5 - Aphrodite: True to her name, it doesn't' get any better than this.
At this level you are truly a Goddess! This level is all about the dance. Learn to combine
all moves from levels 1-5 of Inverts, mid-air combinations, spins, dance moves,
floor work and transitional moves.
What to wear.....
